Getting started

• Sign up, then fill in your product catalog and reply rules in the dashboard.
• Connect a WhatsApp number: Settings → WhatsApp Numbers → scan the QR code from WhatsApp on your phone.

Connecting Shopee and Tokopedia/TikTok Shop

• Open Marketplace → choose a platform → Connect, then approve permissions on the platform page. You can also import order export files from Seller Center without connecting the API.

Connecting TikTok DMs

• Marketplace → TikTok DM → Connect TikTok account. The account must be a business account (Advanced Access / Verified Business Account) and accept DMs from everyone.

Agent Center

• Create an agent, set its persona and permitted tools, connect a Google or Microsoft account under Account Connections, then assign tasks. Actions that send or change data wait for your approval in the Approvals menu.
