Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CV Autobot Wijaya Solution ("we") provides Agent Autobot Seller, a seller assistant that helps reply to customer chats, manage marketplace orders, and manage customer data. The service is available at agent.autobot.co.id.

For your own account data we act as the data controller. For the data of your store's customers (buyers who contact your store), you are the controller and we process it on your instructions as a data processor.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text).
• Workspace and store data: workspace name, team members, settings, product catalog, reply rules, and customer (CRM) data.
• Data from channels you connect: WhatsApp messages and numbers, and orders, products, and chats from Shopee, Tokopedia/TikTok Shop, and TikTok account direct messages (DMs), including buyer names or usernames and contact details as provided by those platforms.
• Third-party accounts you connect (Google, Microsoft, Shopee, TikTok): access tokens that we store encrypted, plus email, calendar, or file content only when you grant that access to an agent and only for the services you choose.
• Usage and technical data: activity logs, IP address, device and browser type, and AI usage records for security and billing.
• Payment data is processed by a third-party payment provider when paid plans are active. We do not store card numbers.

3. How we use data

Data we receive from Shopee, TikTok, Google, and Microsoft is used only to run the features you enable in this application. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it beyond what is described here.

• Providing the features you request: receiving and replying to messages, syncing orders, managing customers, and running agents.
• Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and improving the service.
• Customer support, service notices, and billing.
• Meeting legal obligations.

4. AI processing

To generate automatic replies and run agents, relevant message content, catalog data, and customer context are sent to the third-party AI model providers configured (for example Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic). We do not use your customers' chat content to train our own models. See the AI Usage page for details.

5. Who we share data with

• Platforms you connect (Shopee, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft) in line with the permissions you grant.
• AI model providers and infrastructure and support providers (hosting, storage, payments) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities where required by applicable law.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account or workspace is active. After you request deletion, data is removed from active systems within 30 days; backups are overwritten in the normal rotation cycle. Data we are legally required to keep (for example transaction records) may be retained longer. See the Data Deletion page.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption of third-party account tokens, separation of each workspace's data, and role-based access. See the Security page. No system is entirely risk-free.

8. International transfers

Some providers (for example AI providers and the platforms you connect) may process data outside Indonesia. We seek to ensure equivalent protection in line with applicable law.

9. Your rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and other applicable law, you may access, correct, restrict processing of, withdraw consent for, request deletion of, and request a copy of your data. You can also revoke third-party access at any time from the application or from the relevant platform's account settings. Contact us via the Contact page.

Buyers of your store who want to exercise their rights should contact the store; we will help the store owner follow up.

10. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the service to work, such as the login session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the application or by email. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
