Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Agent Autobot Seller, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

The service helps sellers reply to chats, manage orders and customers, send messages, and run digital agents. Features may change, and some depend on third-party platforms.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it, including team members you invite.
• Registration information must be accurate and current.
• The number of workspaces, stores, numbers, and team members follows the plan you choose.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fraud, or unlawful content;
• violate the terms of WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Google, or Microsoft;
• access others' data without permission, or interfere with the security or performance of the service;
• process customer data without a lawful basis or without notices required to your customers.

5. Third-party platforms

The service connects to third-party platforms under the permissions you grant. Their availability, rules, and limits are outside our control. WhatsApp connections use the linked-device (WhatsApp Web) feature; WhatsApp may restrict numbers that breach its terms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms.

6. AI features

AI replies and actions are generated automatically and may be wrong. Review your settings, catalog, and rules regularly. You remain responsible for messages sent from your store and for decisions made based on AI output. Agent actions that send or change data may require your approval.

7. Plans, trial, and payment

A 14-day free trial with no credit card is available. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly at the listed price, excluding VAT. Additional quota can be purchased at the listed price. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.

8. Data and ownership

You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. We own the software, brand, and design of the service. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or unpaid fees. After termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions of third-party platforms (including account restrictions). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the previous 3 months.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be pursued by good-faith discussion before proceeding to the competent courts in Indonesia.
